[Problem] To provide an absorbent article capable of further suppressing the generation of odor after body fluid absorption. [Solution] The absorbent article having a liquid-permeable top sheet arranged on the skin side, a liquid-impermeable back sheet arranged on the outer side, and at least one water-absorbing layer placed between the top sheet and the back sheet, wherein the absorbent article is characterized in that the water-absorbing layer contains a water-absorbing resin powder, a deodorant sheet carrying a polyphenol compound is arranged on the skin side of the back sheet, and the hydrogen atoms of some of the phenolic hydroxy groups are substituted by metal atoms in the polyphenol compound. Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un article absorbant capable de supprimer davantage la génération d'odeur après absorption de fluide corporel. La solution selon l'invention porte sur un article absorbant ayant une feuille supérieure perméable aux liquides disposée côté peau, une feuille arrière imperméable aux liquides disposée côté externe, et au moins une couche d'absorption d'eau placée entre la feuille supérieure et la feuille arrière, l'article absorbant étant caractérisé en ce que la couche d'absorption d'eau contient une poudre de résine absorbant l'eau, une feuille désodorisante portant un composé polyphénol est disposée sur le côté peau de la feuille arrière, et les atomes d'hydrogène de certains des groupes hydroxy phénoliques sont substitués par des atomes métalliques dans le composé polyphénol. 【課題】体液吸収後の悪臭の発生をより抑制できる吸収性物品を提供する。 【解決手段】吸収性物品は、肌面側に配置された透液性のトップシートと、外面側に配置された不透液性のバックシートと、前記トップシートと前記バックシートとの間に配置された少なくとも１層の吸水層とを有する吸収性物品であって、前記吸水層が吸水性樹脂粉末を含有し、前記バックシートよりも肌面側にポリフェノール化合物を担持した消臭シートが配置されており、前記ポリフェノール化合物は一部のフェノール性ヒドロキシ基の水素原子が金属原子に置換されていることを特徴とする。
