For example, the tool or accessory may clean a fluid delivery lumen of an endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) knife. The tool or accessory may include a housing with a first portion of an elongate member secured within a first portion of the housing and a second portion of the elongate member extending into a chamber of the housing. La présente invention concerne d'une manière générale le domaine des dispositifs médicaux et des accessoires de dispositifs médicaux. Plus particulièrement, l'invention concerne un outil ou accessoire pour le nettoyage d'un dispositif médical. Par exemple, l'outil ou accessoire peut nettoyer une lumière de distribution de fluide d'un couteau de dissection sous-muqueuse endoscopique (ESD). L'outil ou accessoire peut comprendre un boîtier avec une première partie d'un élément allongé fixé à l'intérieur d'une première partie du boîtier et une seconde partie de l'élément allongé s'étendant dans une chambre du boîtier.
