This control apparatus (100) comprises: an interface device (150) that includes a plurality of devices which store device values for controlling equipment to be controlled; a project storage region (140) that stores a control program for controlling the equipment to be controlled according to a first function and a second function, the control program having been divided into a first project for executing the first function and a second project for executing the second function; a device information storage unit (160) that stores information of a plurality of preset usable devices associated with the first project and the second project; and a control unit (120) that controls the equipment to be controlled. The plurality of devices include: a first device (151) which was set on the basis of the information and to which the first project can write; and a second device (152) to which the second project can write.
