Disclosed is a display panel, comprising a second metal layer and a first metal layer, wherein the projections, on a substrate (10), of a second electrode (40) formed by the second metal layer and a first electrode (20) formed by the first metal layer overlap each other. A gate insulating layer (30) is formed between the first metal layer and the second metal layer; a test circuit layer (60) is electrically connected to the second electrode (40); and a first test electrode of an electrostatic test electrode is electrically connected to the first electrode (20), and a second test electrode thereof is electrically connected to the test circuit layer (60), so that the anti-static performance of a middle region of the gate insulating layer (30) can be tested.
