Summary: | According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided are a marker composition for diagnosing cancer or predicting prognosis, comprising an exosome overexpressing a Tubulin alpha-1C chain (TUBA1C) protein, a kit, and a method for providing information necessary for diagnosing cancer or predicting prognosis, comprising a step of measuring an expression level of a TUBA1C gene or protein in an exosome isolated from a biological sample.
