La présente invention concerne des particules de phosphore alpha-sialon qui contiennent Eu. Au moins une fente est formée dans la surface de chacune des particules de phosphore alpha-sialon. Il est préférable que les particules de phosphore alpha-sialon soient produites par une étape de mélange de matières premières, une étape de chauffage, une étape de pulvérisation et une étape de traitement acide.
