Summary:The present invention provides an organic light-emitting device and method for manufacture thereof. The organic light-emitting device comprises, in sequence from bottom to top, a substrate, an indium tin oxide layer, a semiconductor layer, and a pixel definition layer; the semiconductor layer is used for covering foreign particles on the indium tin oxide layer so as to cause the thickness of the indium tin oxide layer to be uniform. The method for manufacturing the organic light-emitting device comprises the following steps: manufacturing an indium tin oxide layer, manufacturing a semiconductor layer, pattern processing, and manufacturing a pixel definition layer.
