The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing soft capsules. The present invention may comprise: a first die roll which supplies a first film in a state where the first film is wound on at least one surface thereof, and has a plurality of first capsule grooves formed along the outer circumferential surface thereof; a second die roll, disposed adjacent to the first die roll, that supplies a second film in a state where the second film is wound on at least one surface thereof and has a plurality of second capsule grooves formed along the outer circumferential surface thereof; a wedge mounted in close contact with the first film and the second film which are respectively wound on one surface of the first die roll and the second die roll; a pressure-reducing unit which decompresses the second capsule grooves after the second film is in close contact with the wedge so that the second film is in close contact with the inner surface of the wedge; a tablet supply unit mounted in the wedge to supply tablets to the second capsule grooves; and a liquid-medicine injection nozzle which injects a liquid-medicine into the first capsule grooves and the second capsule grooves to form soft capsules.
