Summary:The present invention provides an antioxidant for preventing the oxidation of trivalent chromium ions to divalent chromium ions, wherein, as for trivalent chromium plating, in order to ameliorate environments where methods of preventing the oxidation of trivalent chromium ions into divalent chromium ions were not eco-friendly and had to employ the hazard elements bromine and fluorine to thereby configure an eco-friendly trivalent chromium plating solution that can be disposed of by wastewater treatment, the antioxidant is composed of a cyano-carboxy group composite free from bromine, fluorine, and sulfur components. Therefore, a sulfur component, of which excessive addition occurred whenever cyanide was added, due to conventionally used sulfur-containing thiocyanate, need not be removed, leading to economic advantages, and the cyano-carboxy group composite can be used in a trivalent chromium plating solution of a chloride bath as well as a sulfate both, leading to eco-friendly advantages. In addition, a Cr+S form of plating becomes possible in trivalent chromium plating in the chloride bath, and trivalent chromium plating for higher gloss becomes possible as cyanide is added even in the chloride bath. La présente invention concerne un antioxydant destiné à empêcher l'oxydation d'ions chrome trivalents en ions chrome divalents. Comme pour les placages au chrome trivalent, afin d'améliorer des environnements dans lesquels des procédés visant à empêcher l'oxydation d'ions chrome trivalents en ions chrome divalents n'étaient pas écologiques et utilisaient des éléments dangereux (le brome et le fluor), l'objectif est ici d'obtenir une solution de placage de chrome trivalent respectueuse de l'environnement qui peut être rejetée par traitement des eaux usées ; à cet effet, l'antioxydant est composé d'un composite à groupe cyano-carboxyle exempt de brome, de fluor et de composés soufrés. Par conséquent, un constituant soufré qui était habituellement ajouté en excès à chaque fois que du cyanure était ajouté, en raison de l'utilisation traditionnelle de thiocyanate contenant du soufre, n'a pas besoin d'être éliminé, ce qui présente des avantages économiques, et le composite à groupe cyano-carboxyle peut être utilisé dans une solution de placage de chrome trivalent constituée à la fois d'un bain de chlorure et de sulfate, ce qui présente des avantages écologiques. De plus, une forme Cr + S du placage devient possible dans le placage de chrome trivalent dans le bain de chlorure, et un placage de chrome trivalent offrant une brillance supérieure peut être obtenu car le cyanure est ajouté même dans le bain de chlorure. 본 발명은 3가 크롬 도금에 있어서, 3가 크롬 이온이 2가로 산화되는 것을 방지하는 방법이 친환경적이지 못하고, 위험한 원소인 브로민과 플루오린을 사용할 수 밖에 없었던 환경을 개선하여, 폐수처리가 가능한 친환경적인 3가 크롬 도금액을 구성할 수 있도록 브로민, 플루오린 및 황 성분이 존재하지 않는 시안-카르복시기 복합제로 구성된 3가 크롬 이온의 2가 산화 방지제를 제공한다. 아울러 이로 인하여 종전에 사용되었던 황을 포함하는 티오시안산염으로 인하여 시안을 첨가할 때 마다 과도하게 첨가되었던 황성분을 제거할 필요가 없기 때문에 경제적이며, 황산욕 뿐만 아니라 염화욕 3가 크롬 도금액에서도 시안-카르복식 복합제를 사용할 수 있어 친환경적이다. 또한 염화욕 3가 크롬 도금에 있어서도 Cr+S 형태의 도금이 가능하게 되었으며, 염화욕에도 시안이 첨가되면서 조금 더 고 광택의 3가 크롬 도금이 가능해졌다.
