This indoor unit comprises: a housing that constitutes an outer shell, the housing having a suction inlet for sucking in air and formed in a lower section, the housing having a discharge outlet for discharging air and formed in an upper section; a blower that is provided in a lower section inside the housing, and that sends air sucked in from the suction inlet to an upper section inside the housing from a blowout opening formed in an upper section; a heat exchanger that is provided in the upper section inside the housing, and that exchanges heat between the air sent from the blower and a heat transfer medium; and a fan plate that partitions the lower section and the upper section inside the housing. The fan plate includes: a fan connection part surrounding the blowout opening of the blower; and a guide part that extends upward from the fan connection part, and that guides the air sent from the blower to the heat exchanger side. L'invention concerne une unité intérieure qui comprend : un boîtier qui constitue une coque extérieure, le boîtier ayant une entrée d'aspiration pour aspirer l'air et formée dans une section inférieure, le boîtier ayant une sortie d'évacuation pour évacuer l'air et formée dans une section supérieure ; une soufflante qui est disposée dans une section inférieure à l'intérieur du boîtier, et qui envoie l'air aspiré depuis l'entrée d'aspiration vers une section supérieure à l'intérieur du boîtier à partir d'une ouverture de soufflage formée dans une section supérieure ; un échangeur de chaleur qui est disposé dans la section supérieure à l'intérieur du boîtier, et qui échange de la chaleur entre l'air envoyé par la soufflante et un milieu de transfert de chaleur ; et une plaque de ventilateur qui sépare la section inférieure et la section supérieure à l'intérieur du boîtier.
