La présente invention concerne un robot mobile et son procédé de commande qui sont caractérisés en ce qu'ils consistent à comparer un éclairage dans un stade initial d'une tâche avec un éclairage à un moment où la recharge, effectuée en raison d'une pénurie d'énergie d'une batterie, est achevée, et à déterminer en outre s'il existe ou non une personne dans une zone de déplacement, ce qui permet de déterminer si la tâche est ou non exécutée de manière incomplète avant que la recharge ne doive être exécutée par la suite.
