This chemical agent supply device (10) is equipped with a chemical agent tank (20). The chemical agent tank (20) includes: a chemical agent introduction section (212a) allowing a chemical agent (230) comprising a liquid or a viscous material to be introduced into the interior; and a chemical agent supply section (211) wherein communicating holes (211a) are formed, allowing the chemical agent (230) accommodated in the interior to be supplied to a fluid (120) inside a flow path (110). Additionally, this chemical agent supply device (10) is equipped with a supply amount control mechanism (30) controlling the amount of the chemical agent (230) supplied from the chemical agent supply section (211), according to the flow rate of the fluid (120) flowing inside the flow path (110).
