The present invention relates to a method for determining the amount of an oligonucleotide present in a powdered form. The method does not require the experimental determination of the extinction coefficient of the oligonucleotide, or the serial dilution and A260 measurement. The method is, for example, applicable to modified oligonucleotides including 2' sugar modified oligonucleotides, phosphorothioate oligonucleotides, reporter labelled oligonucleotides and conjugated oligonucleotides. La présente invention concerne un procédé de détermination de la quantité d'un oligonucléotide présent sous forme pulvérulente. Le procédé ne nécessite pas la détermination expérimentale du coefficient d'extinction de l'oligonucléotide, ou la dilution en série et la mesure A260. Le procédé est, par exemple, applicable à des oligonucléotides modifiés comprenant des oligonucléotides modifiés en 2' du sucre, des oligonucléotides phosphorothioates, des oligonucléotides marqués rapporteurs et des oligonucléotides conjugués.
