L'invention concerne un dispositif de désinfection d'un dispositif activé par un raccord Luer comportant un septum. Le dispositif de désinfection comprend un capuchon, un piston comprenant une douille-entretoise et une face, et un désinfectant. Lorsque le dispositif activé par un raccord Luer est fixé au dispositif de désinfection, les dispositifs activés par un raccord Luer sont en prise avec l'entretoise mais le septum de dispositif activé par un raccord Luer ne vient pas en contact avec l'entretoise ou la face.
