L'invention concerne des dispositifs de transfert ayant un adaptateur de flacon et/ou un ensemble de perfusion pour réduire le surdosage/le sous-dosage d'un sac pour perfusion intraveineuse. Le dispositif de transfert fournit un transfert de fluide commandé par l'utilisateur entre un contenant de liquide de perfusion et un contenant comprenant un médicament.
