The co-crystals of Deutetrabenazine and Vanillin is non-hygroscopic, chemically and physically stable and suitable for pharmaceutical formulation and its use in the treatment of tardive dyskinesia and chorea associated with Huntington's disease. La présente invention concerne des co-cristaux de deutétrabénazine et de vanilline, un procédé de préparation de co-cristaux et une composition pharmaceutique comprenant lesdits co-cristaux de deutétrabénazine. Les co-cristaux de deutétrabénazine et de vanilline sont non hygroscopiques, chimiquement et physiquement stables et appropriés pour une formulation pharmaceutique et leur utilisation dans le traitement de la dyskinésie tardive et de la chorée associée à la maladie de Huntington.
