The present invention relates to a peptide for skin aging prevention and wrinkle reduction, and a composition comprising same and, more specifically, to: a novel peptide for skin aging prevention and wrinkle reduction, comprising a glycine-histidine-lysine tripeptide and polyarginine linked to the carboxy terminus of the tripeptide; and a composition for skin aging prevention and wrinkle reduction, comprising the peptide. A peptide and a composition, according to an embodiment of the present invention, can be introduced into the cytoplasm faster and more efficiently than conventional GHK tripeptides and, compared to GHK tripeptides, can prevent skin aging and reduce wrinkles at similar levels even at lower concentrations. La présente invention concerne un peptide pour la prévention du vieillissement de la peau et la réduction des rides et une composition le comprenant et, plus spécifiquement, un nouveau peptide pour la prévention du vieillissement de la peau et la réduction des rides, comprenant un tripeptide glycy-histidil-lysine (tripeptide GHK) et une polyarginine liée à l'extrémité carboxy du tripeptide; et une composition pour la prévention du vieillissement de la peau et la réduction des rides, comprenant le peptide.
