The present invention relates to an electrode assembly and a lithium secondary battery comprising same. The electrode assembly has a form in which an electrode, a separator, and a counter electrode are laminated, wherein: each of the electrode and the counter electrode includes a tab extending from a current collector; all four surfaces of the electrode, including the surface from which the tab extends, have sizes larger than those of the counter electrode, so that the electrode has exposed portions; and an insulation layer is formed on the tab part of the electrode and an edge part of the electrode. La présente invention concerne un ensemble d'électrodes et une batterie secondaire le comprenant.
