A wireless communication device (1) comprises: a patch antenna (7) that is formed on an antenna board (6); an NAD (3) that is connected to the antenna (7) and is for wireless communication; and a shield case (5) that houses the NAD (3) inside, wherein the antenna board (3) is disposed so as to be in thermal contact with the shield case (5).
