The free end has a relatively abrasive surface. Un instrument chirurgical ophtalmique comprend une partie de tenue en main d'instrument ayant une configuration allongée avec des extrémités proximale et distale, et une partie pointe s'étendant à partir de l'extrémité distale. La partie pointe a la forme d'un élément élastomère ayant une base fixée à l'extrémité distale de la partie de tenue en main et une extrémité libre s'étendant à partir de la base. L'extrémité libre présente une surface relativement abrasive.
