The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a semi-finished product, comprising the following steps: providing reinforcement fibres and a thermoplastic resin having a crystallisation temperature Tc resin; mixing the reinforcement fibres with the thermoplastic resin; heating to melt the thermoplastic resin and bring it to a temperature that is higher than the melting temperature of the resin; and optionally a calendering step; the semi-finished product being characterised by a crystallisation temperature Tc semi-finished product, the Tc semi-finished product being greater than or equal to Tc resin. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing a composite part from said semi-finished products as well as the composite part that is produced based on this method.
