Summary:Provided is a stud that is improved so as to increase resistance to torque, thereby preventing loosening from sheet metal to which same is press-fitted. The stud comprises: a body part which is inserted into a stud mounting hole formed at the sheet metal, and in which threads to which a screw is fastened are formed; a flange part which is provided at one side of the body part to have a diameter larger than that of the stud mounting hole, and which is press-fitted into the sheet metal; and a rotation-preventing part which protrudes from the flange part to have a diameter larger than that of the stud mounting hole and smaller than that of the flange part, and which is press-fitted to the sheet metal so as to prevent the rotation of the stud, wherein the rotation-preventing part includes a plurality of rotation-preventing protrusions having an asymmetrical shape, and the plurality of rotation-preventing protrusions include rotation-preventing surfaces that are perpendicular to the tangential line of a circle connecting the ends of the plurality of rotation-preventing protrusions.
