The purpose of the present invention is to provide a binder composition for all-solid-state secondary batteries, which enables the achievement of an all-solid-state secondary battery that has excellent output characteristics and excellent high-temperature cycle characteristics. The present invention is a binder composition for all-solid-state secondary batteries, which contains a polymer, an anti-aging agent and an organic solvent, and which is configured such that: the polymer contains from 25% by mass to 95% by mass (inclusive) of a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer unit, while having a gel amount of 50% by mass or less; and the amount of the anti-aging agent relative to 100 parts by mass of the polymer is from 0.005 part by mass to 0.5 part by mass (inclusive). Ledit polymère comprend 25% en masse ou plus à 95% en masse ou moins d'une unité monomère ester d'acide (méth)acrylique, et présente une quantité de gel inférieure ou égale à 50% en masse.
