Summary:Disclosed is a method for manufacturing coated steel sheet welds having good corrosion resistance and fatigue properties. The method for manufacturing coated steel sheet welds comprises the steps of: preparing a galvanized steel sheet having a welded lap splice; and spraying a mixed powder composed of a zinc or Ni powder having a diameter of 5-50㎛ and a hard particle powder having a diameter of 10-100㎛ at supersonic speed on the surface of the welded lap splice. L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de soudures pour tôles d'acier revêtues ayant de bonnes propriétés de résistance à la corrosion et de fatigue. Le procédé de fabrication de soudures pour tôles d'acier revêtues comprend les étapes consistant à: préparer une tôle d'acier galvanisée ayant une soudure par recouvrement; et pulvériser une poudre mélangée composée d'une poudre de zinc ou de Ni ayant un diamètre de 5 à 50 µm et une poudre de particules dures ayant un diamètre de 10 à 100 µm à une vitesse supersonique sur la surface de la soudure par recouvrement. 내식성 및 피로특성이 우수한 도금강판 용접부재의 제조방법이 제공된다. 본 발명의 도금강판 용접부재의 제조방법은, 겹침이음용접부를 갖는 아연도금강판을 마련하는 공정; 그리고 상기 겹침이음용접부 표면에 직경 5~50㎛의 아연 또는 Ni 분말과, 직경 10~100㎛의 경질 입자 분말로된 혼합분말을 초음속으로 분사하는 공정;을 포함한다.
