The present disclosure is concerned with a personal care device with a treatment head being pivot-mounted around a pivot axis with respect to a body of the personal care device, the personal care device having a pin having a pin head, the pin being provided at one of the treatment head or body, a cam element having a cam surface being provided at the other one of the treatment head or body, a spring element biasing the pin head and the cam surface against each other, wherein the pin head is in contact with the cam surface and the cam surface is shaped such that it defines a rest position at which the biasing spring force provided by the spring element with which the pin head and the cam surface are pushed against each other has a non-zero minimum value, and wherein a pivoting of the head around the pivot axis causes the pin head to move along the cam surface and the cam surface is further shaped such that the spring force pushing the pin head and the cam surface against each other increases with increasing pivoting angle. La présente invention concerne un dispositif de soins personnels comprenant une tête de traitement montée pivotante autour d'un axe de pivot par rapport à un corps du dispositif de soins personnels, le dispositif de soins personnels ayant une broche ayant une tête de broche, la broche étant disposée au niveau d'un élément parmi la tête de traitement ou le corps, un élément came ayant une surface de came étant disposé au niveau de l'autre élément parmi la tête de traitement ou le corps, un élément ressort sollicitant la tête de broche et la surface de came l'une contre l'autre, la tête de broche étant en contact avec la surface de came et la surface de came étant formée de manière à définir une position de repos à laquelle la force de ressort de sollicitation fournie par l'élément ressort avec laquelle la tête de broche et la surface de came sont poussées l'une contre l'autre a une valeur minimale non nulle et un pivotement de la tête autour de l'axe de pivot amenant la tête de broche à se déplacer le long de la surface de came et la surface de came est en outre formée de telle sorte que la force de ressort poussant la tête de broche et la surface de came l'une contre l'autre augmente avec l'augmentation de l'angle de pivot.
