L'invention concerne une interconnexion destinée à assurer une connexion électrique. L'interconnexion comprend un conducteur et un quartz ou une structure de verre servant à entourer au moins une partie du conducteur et à assurer l'isolation au conducteur. Le conducteur et le quartz ou la structure de verre peuvent être agencés coaxialement. L'interconnexion peut assurer une connexion électrique entre un intérieur et un extérieur d'une chambre à vide qui contient un échantillon.
