Provided is an image generating device, which can easily generate a synthesized image and the like by using a device with less computational processing capability, and can suppress the reduction of reproducibility of a subject represented by the synthesized image. The image generating device generates the synthesized image on the basis of a plurality of captured images captured by a flying body, and comprises a processing unit for performing the processing related to the generation of the synthesized image. The processing unit acquires the plurality of captured images captured by a photographing device of the flying body, generates a three-dimensional model on the basis of the plurality of captured images, acquires postures of the photographing device when capturing the plurality of captured images, on the basis of the postures of the photographing device and the three-dimensional model, calculating the distances between positions of the photographing device when capturing the plurality of captured images and
