Summary:A device for manufacturing molten iron is disclosed. The disclosed device for manufacturing molten iron, according to one exemplary embodiment of the present invention, may comprise: a multi-stage fluidized reduction furnace for reducing fine ore including hematite and limonite; a melter gasifier connected to the fluidized reduction furnace through an ore duct and a gas duct; a fluidized-bed oxidation furnace for oxidizing magnetite through steam provided from the fluidized reduction furnace and converting same to hematite; and a hydrogen treatment unit for treating hydrogen generated by the oxidation of the magnetite in the fluidized-bed oxidation furnace. L'invention concerne un dispositif de fabrication de fonte de fer. Le présent dispositif de fabrication de fonte de fer, selon un mode de réalisation illustratif de la présente invention, peut comprendre : un four de réduction fluidisé à étages multiples destiné à réduire le minerai fin comprenant de l'hématite et de la limonite ; un gazéifieur de fusion raccordé au four de réduction fluidisé par l'intermédiaire d'un conduit de minerai et d'un conduit de gaz ; un four d'oxydation à lit fluidisé destiné à oxyder la magnétite par la vapeur fournie par le four de réduction fluidisé et la convertir en hématite ; et une unité de traitement d'hydrogène destinée à traiter l'hydrogène généré par l'oxydation de la magnétite dans le four d'oxydation à lit fluidisé. 용철 제조 장치(DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING MOLTEN IRON)가 개시된다. 개시된 본 발명의 예시적인 일 실시 예에 따른 용철 제조 장치는, 적철광과 갈철광을 포함하는 분철광석을 환원하는 다단의 유동 환원로와, 광석 도관 및 가스 도관을 통해 유동 환원로와 연결되는 용융가스화로와, 유동 환원로에서 제공되는 스팀을 통해 자철광을 산화시켜 적철광으로 변환하는 유동층 산화로 및, 유동층 산화로에서 자철광의 산화반응에 의해 발생되는 수소를 처리하는 수소 처리유닛을 포함할 수 있다.
