Summary:The invention falls within the fields of pharmaceutical sciences, immunology and methods of treatment of cancer. More specifically, the invention relates to a compound for modulating one or more innate immune pathways selected from RLR, TLR, OAS and/or oncostatin M, said compound being amblyomin-X or peptides derived from amblyomin-X. Use of said compound for preparing medicines, a pharmaceutical composition comprising said compound, a method for modulating said pathways in vitro and a method of treatment are also described. L'invention relève des domaines des sciences pharmaceutiques, de l'immunologie et des méthodes de traitement du cancer. Plus particulièrement, elle concerne un composé pour moduler une ou plusieurs voies immuniatires natives choisies parmi RLR, TLR, OAS et/ou oncostatine M, ce composé étant l'amblyomine-X ou des peptides dérivés d'amblyomine-X. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation dudit composé dans la préparation de médicaments, une composition pharmaceutique comprenant ledit composé, une méthode de modulation desdites voies in vitro et une méthode de traitement. A invenção se situa nos campos das Ciências Farmacêuticas, Imunologia e Métodos de Tratamentodo Câncer. Mais especificamente, refere-se a um composto para modular uma ou mais vias imunes inatas selecionadas de RLR, TLR, OAS e/ou Oncostatina M, sendo tal composto Amblyomin-X ou peptídeos derivados de Amblyomin-X. Também são descritos o uso do referido composto na preparação de medicamentos, composição farmacêutica compreendendo o referido composto, método para modular as referidas vias in vitro e método de tratamento.
