Summary:Various implementations described herein refer to an integrated circuit having a row of bitcells that are chained together in series to operate as a ring oscillator. Each bitcell in the row of bitcells has multiple transistors that are independent of additional transistors to form the ring oscillator. The multiple transistors of each bitcell in the row of bitcells are arranged to function as an inverter. Divers modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent un circuit intégré comportant une rangée de cellules binaires chaînées en série les unes aux autres de façon à fonctionner en tant qu'oscillateur en anneau. Chaque cellule binaire de la rangée de cellules binaires comprend de multiples transistors qui sont indépendants de transistors supplémentaires pour former l'oscillateur en anneau. Les multiples transistors de chaque cellule binaire de la rangée de cellules binaires sont agencés pour fonctionner en tant qu'onduleur.
