The invention relates to a stable pharmaceutical composition comprising remogliflozin or salt or ester thereof, and vildagliptin or salt thereof. In particular disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition comprising a first portion and a second portion, wherein said first portion comprises granules of remogliflozin or salt or ester thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, said second portion comprises granules of vildagliptin or salt thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient; wherein granules of remogliflozin or salt or ester thereof are preapred by wet granulation and granules of vildagliptin or salt thereof are prepared by roller compaction; wherein said portions are compressed together to obtain a bilayer tablet dosage form which is coated with non-aquous seal coat. L'invention porte sur une composition pharmaceutique stable comportant de la rémogliflozine ou un sel ou un ester de cette dernière, et de la vildagliptine ou un sel de cette dernière. En particulier, l'invention porte sur une composition pharmaceutique qui présente une première partie et une seconde partie, ladite première partie comportant des granules de rémogliflozine ou de sel ou d'ester de cette dernière et un excipient de qualité pharmaceutique, ladite seconde partie comportant des granules de vildagliptine ou de sel de cette dernière et un excipient de qualité pharmaceutique ; des granules de rémogliflozine ou de sel ou d'ester de cette dernière étant préparés par granulation par voie humide et des granules de vildagliptine ou de sel de cette dernière étant préparés par compactage à rouleaux ; lesdites parties étant comprimées ensemble pour obtenir une forme posologique de comprimé à deux couches qui est revêtu d'un enrobage étanche non aqueux.
