Summary:The present invention relates to a recombinant vector for producing a cardiac hypertrophy animal model, a cardiac hypertrophy animal model transformed with the recombinant vector, and a production method therefor. When a recombinant vector according to the present invention is specifically expressed in mouse cardiomyocytes, only non-canonical G:A wobble base sequence target sites of miRNA are recognized and inhibited, so that a biological function of increasing the size of cardiomyocytes is exhibited so as to induce cardiac hypertrophy, and thus an animal model in which cardiac hypertrophy has been induced is expected to be produced so as to be effectively used for studying the progression, pathology and physiological mechanism of heart diseases including cardiac hypertrophy at the individual level.
