This induction heating cooker is provided with: a top plate formed in a plate-like shape and including a first region and a second region that has a higher thermal conductivity than the first region; a heating coil that is disposed below the first region of the top plate and inductively heats the cooking vessel placed in the first region; and a cooling device that is disposed below the second region of the top plate and cools a cooking vessel placed in the second region.
