An image encoding method is disclosed in the present specification. An image decoding method according to the present invention can comprise the steps of: deciding the location of a co-located block in a co-located picture for a current block; deciding a representative motion vector of the current block by means of motion information in the location of the co-located block; and deriving motion information for a sub-block comprised in the current block by means of the representative motion vector.
