Summary:A method for manufacturing a microstructure-based drug injection device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a forming mold preparation step for preparing a forming mold formed in a shape corresponding to a microstructure to be manufactured; a biodegradable material-mixed solution application step for applying a biodegradable material-mixed solution to the forming mold; a primary drying step for drying the biodegradable material-mixed solution applied to the forming mold and forming a needle film in which the microstructure is formed; a drug filling step for filling a drug into a filling space formed by the microstructure; and a secondary drying step for drying the needle film, wherein, in the filling space that has undergone the secondary drying step, an inner space portion is formed in a region other than the region in which the drug is accommodated. Un procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif d'injection de médicament basé sur une microstructure selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : une étape de préparation de moule de formage pour préparer un moule de formage formé dans une forme correspondant à une microstructure à fabriquer; une étape d'application de solution mélangée de matière biodégradable pour appliquer une solution mélangée de matière biodégradable au moule de formage; une étape de séchage primaire pour sécher la solution mélangée de matière biodégradable appliquée au moule de formage et former un film d'aiguille dans lequel la microstructure est formée; une étape de remplissage de médicament pour remplir un médicament dans un espace de remplissage formé par la microstructure; et une étape de séchage secondaire pour sécher le film d'aiguille, dans l'espace de remplissage qui a subi l'étape de séchage secondaire, une partie d'espace interne étant formée dans une région autre que la région dans laquelle le médicament est reçu. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 미세 구조체 기반 약물 주입장치의 제조 방법은, 제작하고자 하는 미세 구조체와 대응되는 형상이 형성된 성형 몰드를 준비하는 성형 몰드 준비단계와, 상기 성형 몰드에 생분해성 소재 혼합액을 도포하는 생분해성 소재 혼합액 도포단계와, 상기 성형 몰드에 도포된 상기 생분해성 소재 혼합액을 건조하여 상기 미세 구조체가 형성된 니들 필름을 형성하는 1차 건조단계와, 상기 미세 구조체에 의하여 형성된 충진 공간에 약물을 충진하는 약물 충진단계와, 상기 니들 필름을 건조하는 2차 건조단계를 포함하며, 상기 2차 건조단계를 거친 상기 충진 공간에는 상기 약물이 수용된 영역 이외의 영역에 내부 공간부가 형성된다.
