Summary:The present invention relates to a method for producing test pieces in which the thickness of the samples of homogeneous water-insoluble material is uniform, and to a method for quantitative analysis of water-insoluble material by analyzing such test pieces using MALDI mass spectrometry. Specifically, the test pieces can be produced by: adding a volatile solvent to a mixture of water-insoluble material and matrix; placing, in a pellet cup made of water-soluble material, and pressing, with even pressure, the sample obtained by mixing the mixture of water-insoluble material and matrix until the solvent has evaporated; and melting the pellet cup with water. La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de pièces d'essai dans lesquelles l'épaisseur des échantillons de matériau homogène insoluble dans l'eau est uniforme, et un procédé d'analyse quantitative de matériau insoluble dans l'eau par l'analyse desdites pièces d'essai à l'aide d'une spectrométrie de masse MALDI. Plus particulièrement, les pièces d'essai peuvent être produites par : l'ajout d'un solvant volatil à un mélange matériau insoluble dans l'eau et matrice ; la mise en place, dans une coupelle pastillée en matériau soluble dans l'eau, et la pression, avec une pression régulière, de l'échantillon obtenu en mélangeant le mélange matériau insoluble dans l'eau et la matrice jusqu'à l'évaporation du solvant ; et la fusion de la coupelle pastillée avec de l'eau. 본 발명은 균질한 수불용성 물질 시료의 두께가 균일한 시편을 제조하는 방법 및 이러한 시편에 대해 MALDI 질량 분석을 수행하여 수불용성 물질을 정량분석하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 상기 시편은 수불용성 물질과 매트릭스의 혼합물에 휘발성 용매를 투입하고 이 용매가 휘발될 때까지 수불용성 물질과 매트릭스의 혼합물을 분산시켜 얻은 시료를 수용성 물질로 된 펠렛 컵에 넣어 동일한 압력으로 프레스한 후 상기 펠렛 컵을 물로 녹임으로써 제조될 수 있다.
