In the present invention, a display region is provided therein with a plurality of first display wires formed by a second metal film, a first flattening film provided so as to cover the first display wires, and a plurality of second display wires formed by a third metal film on the first flattening film. A bent section (B) is provided therein with a first resin film (19b) formed on the same layer and with the same material as the first flattening film so as to fill a slit (S) of a first inorganic insulating film (15). A plurality of first connection wires (20c) formed by a third metal film are provided on the upper surface of the first resin film (19b) so as to extend parallel to each other in the direction that crosses the extending direction of the bent section (B).
