Summary:A method for manufacturing a magnet powder according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing an iron powder through a reduction reaction of iron oxide; heating a green compact molded by pressing a mixture containing the iron powder, neodymium oxide, boron, and calcium at a pressure of 22 MPa or higher to produce a magnetic powder; and coating the surface of the magnetic powder with an organic fluoride. Un procédé de fabrication d'une poudre magnétique selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend les étapes consistant à : préparer une poudre de fer par une réaction de réduction d'oxyde de fer ; chauffer un corps cru moulé par pressage d'un mélange contenant la poudre de fer, de l'oxyde de néodyme, du bore et du calcium à une pression de 22 MPa ou plus pour produire une poudre magnétique ; et revêtir la surface de la poudre magnétique d'un fluorure organique. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 자석 분말의 제조 방법은 산화철의 환원 반응으로 철 분말을 제조하는 단계; 상기 철 분말, 산화 네오디뮴, 붕소 및 칼슘을 포함한 혼합물을 22MPa 이상의 압력으로 가압 성형한 성형체를 가열하여 자석 분말을 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 자석 분말 표면에 유기 불화물을 코팅하는 단계를 포함한다.
