Summary: | The present invention relates to a modified plastic using a nano-silicon dioxide reinforced foam material, and a preparation method therefor. The plastic comprises 6-12% of isocyanate, 30-55% of polyether polyol, and 5-50% of nano-silicon dioxide, wherein the particle size of the nano-silicon dioxide is 0.01-1.0 micron, and the specific surface area thereof is 20-30 m2/g. The nano-silicon dioxide is semi-encrypted to form a loose structure of a micromolecular group having a density of 300-500 kg/m3. The nano-silicon dioxide modified polyurethane plastic facilitates foam generation, while reinforcing the foam. The polyurethane generates uniform and compact bubbles, improving therefore strength, tensile strength, wear and aging resistance, and anti-UV properties. According to the invention, the required amount of material and weight of the synthetic rubber sports track can be reduced, the strength and elasticity of the synthetic rubber sports track can be enhanced, while improving shock absorption and preventin |
