The present invention relates to the technical field of image processing, and more particularly, relates to a method and device for three-dimensional reconstruction capable of reducing an amount of time required for three-dimensional reconstruction. The method comprises: determining partial regions of respective images containing a target object; and performing three-dimensional reconstruction according to the determined partial regions of the respective images. The invention can prevent performing three-dimensional reconstruction of irrelevant objects other than a target object, thereby reducing processing resources and an amount of time required for three-dimensional reconstruction. La présente invention se rapporte au domaine technique du traitement d'image et concerne, plus particulièrement, un procédé et un dispositif de reconstruction tridimensionnelle permettant de réduire le temps nécessaire à la reconstruction tridimensionnelle. Le procédé comprend : la détermination de régions partielles d'images re
