The formulation comprising: a) at least one first amine; and b) at least one second amine, wherein the at least one first amine to the at least one second amine weight ratio is in the range of 8: 1 - 10: 1. The instant disclosure also provides a process for preparing the formulation. Also, the instant disclosure provides a method of reducing fouling in a petroleum refinery.
