The present disclosure provides a display panel and a manufacturing method, a detection method therefor and a display device. The display panel comprises: a substrate having a display region and a circuit region which are defined on one surface thereof; a plurality of signal line leading-out terminals provided in the circuit region, and each of the plurality of signal line leading-out terminals being electrically connected to a corresponding one of signal lines used in the display region; a plurality of switch elements provided in the circuit region, a first terminal of each of the plurality of switch elements being electrically connected to a corresponding one of the plurality of signal line leading-out terminals; a plurality of leads provided in the circuit region, located on a side of the plurality of signal line leading-out terminals away from the display region, spaced apart in a first direction and extending in a second direction, and one end, in the second direction, of each of the plurality of leads b
