Summary:A metal card manufacturing method, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: preparing a metal sheet having a size capable of accommodating a plurality of individual cards; preparing a ferromagnetic insulation sheet formed by having epoxy contained in ferrite, and having the same size capable of accommodating the plurality of individual cards; preparing an inlay sheet having the same size as the insulation sheet and having an antenna coil printed thereon, and forming a hole in at least one corner of a laminated sheet formed by laminating a plurality of sheets including the insulation sheet and the inlay sheet; inserting the hole formed on the laminated sheet in a loading plate pin; combining the metal sheet onto the top of the laminated sheet; forming a metal card sheet by laminating the metal sheet and the laminated sheet; and cutting the metal card sheet along the outlines of the plurality of individual cards. La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de carte de métal qui comprend les étapes consistant : à préparer une feuille de métal présentant une taille permettant de recevoir une pluralité de cartes individuelles ; à préparer une feuille d'isolation ferromagnétique formée en ayant de l'époxy contenu dans de la ferrite, et présentant la même taille permettant de recevoir la pluralité de cartes individuelles ; à préparer une feuille d'incrustation présentant la même taille que la feuille d'isolation et sur laquelle est imprimée une bobine d'antenne, et à former un trou dans au moins un coin d'une feuille stratifiée formée par stratification d'une pluralité de feuilles comprenant la feuille d'isolation et la feuille d'incrustation ; à insérer le trou formé sur la feuille stratifiée dans une broche de plaque de chargement ; à combiner la feuille de métal sur la partie supérieure de la feuille stratifiée ; à former une feuille de carte de métal par stratification de la feuille de métal et de la feuille stratifiée ; et à découper la feuille de carte de métal le long des contours de la pluralité de cartes individuelles. 본 발명에 의한 메탈 카드 제조 방법은, 복수 개의 개별카드를 수용하는 크기의 메탈 시트를 준비하는 단계, 페라이트(ferrite)에 에폭시(epoxy)를 함유시켜 복수 개의 개별카드를 수용할 수 있는 동일한 크기로 강자성의 절연 시트를 준비하는 단계, 절연 시트와 동일한 크기를 가지며 안테나 코일이 인쇄된 인레이 시트를 준비하여, 절연 시트와 인레이 시트를 포함하는 복수 개의 시트들을 적층한 적층 시트의 적어도 하나의 모서리에 홀을 형성하는 단계, 적층 시트에 형성된 홀을 적재판 핀에 삽입하는 단계, 적층 시트 상부에 메탈 시트를 합지하는 단계, 메탈 시트와 적층 시트를 라미네이팅하여 메탈 카드 시트를 형성하는 단계, 및 메탈 카드 시트를 복수 개의 개별카드 외곽선을 따라 절삭하는 단계를 포함한다.
