Un mode de réalisation de la présente invention concerne un procédé de génération d'une image tomographique et un appareil d'imagerie par rayons X associé, grâce auquel, lorsqu'un matériau ayant un grand coefficient d'atténuation est inséré dans un objet, un artéfact d'ondulation et/ou un artéfact de sous-oscillation qui peuvent se produire sur une image tomographique obtenue en réalisant une imagerie par rayons X de l'objet peuvent être réduits, de sorte à améliorer la qualité d'image. 본 개시의 실시예는 대상체 내에 감쇠 계수가 큰 값을 갖는 물질이 삽입되어 있는 경우, 대상체를 이미징한 엑스선 영상인 단층 영상 상에 발생할 수 있는 리플 아티팩트(ripple artifact) 및/또는 언더슈트 아티팩트 등을 감소시켜서 화질을 개선할 수 있는, 단층 영상의 생성 방법 및 그에 따른 엑스선 영상 장치를 개시한다.
