Provided are an imaging control device, an imaging control method, and a program which determine parameters according to camera installment conditions. This imaging control device (1), which determines a parameter group pertaining to an imaging operation of the camera (2), is provided with: an input unit (10) which receives an input of imaging data generated by the camera; and a control unit (20) which selects a parameter group to be set in the camera from among a plurality of candidate parameter groups on the basis of the imaging data, wherein the control unit (20) acquires, through the input unit, the imaging data that is set to each candidate parameter group and is generated by the camera, extracts a plurality of extraction target images that respectively include subjects to be extracted from the imaging data for each candidate, calculates image quality evaluation values on the basis of the plurality of extraction target images for each candidate; and selects any one parameter group from among the plurality of candidate parameter groups on the basis of the image quality evaluation values.
