The present invention addresses the problem of providing an imaging lens with a wide angle of view which allows an object near the optical axis to be focused at a higher resolution while having the overall size thereof reduced, and an imaging device. To solve the problem, the imaging lens according to the present invention comprises, in order from the object side, a first lens G1 having a negative refractive power with a convex surface facing the object side, a second lens G2 having a concave surface facing the object side, a third lens G3, a fourth lens G4, a fifth lens G5, and a sixth lens G6, said imaging lens satisfying a given condition. The imaging device according to the present invention includes the imaging lens. La présente invention aborde le problème consistant à fournir : une lentille d'imagerie ayant un grand angle de vision qui permet à un objet à proximité de l'axe optique d'être focalisé à une résolution plus élevée, la lentille ayant une taille globale réduite ; et un dispositif d'imagerie. Pour résoudre le problème, la lentille d'imagerie selon la présente invention comprend, dans l'ordre depuis le côté objet, une première lentille (G1) ayant une réfringence négative avec une surface convexe faisant face au côté objet, une deuxième lentille (G2) ayant une surface concave faisant face au côté objet, une troisième lentille (G3), une quatrième lentille (G4), une cinquième lentille (G5) et une sixième lentille (G6), ladite lentille d'imagerie satisfaisant une condition donnée.
