Summary: | An anti-runaway cart self-adjusting buffering system for inclined path transportation, and an application thereof, said system comprising a minecart lifting winch (8), a cart-blocking fence lifting system, and a cart-blocking fence buffer system. Sensors (4, 7) are arranged at an upper cart area, on an inclined path, at a lower cart area and on a minecart to monitor the coal mine inclined path transportation minecart situation in real time, and signal repeaters (16) are arranged along the inclined path to transmit to a controller (3). By collecting data from the various sensors (4, 7), the controller (3) determines whether accidents occur during transportation, and controls the various sub-systems to perform corresponding actions and adjustments, to prevent accidents from occurring.
