Summary: | Disclosed is a regenerative combustion oxidation apparatus. In the regenerative combustion oxidation apparatus according to the present invention, when clean gas is discharged into one area of a main body where a regenerative member is installed, a hazardous gas pipe in the area into which the clean gas is discharged is closed by a first opening/closing unit. In addition, when the hazardous gas pipe is closed by the first opening/closing unit, gas remaining in the first opening/closing unit is forcibly discharged out of the first opening/closing unit so as to prevent the hazardous gas from flowing into the area into which the clean gas is discharged. Therefore, the present invention prevents discharged clean gas from being mixed with the hazardous gas and thus improves reliability of a product.
L'invention concerne un appareil d'oxydation par combustion régénérative. Dans l'appareil d'oxydation par combustion régénérative selon la présente invention, lorsqu'un gaz propre est évacué vers une zone d'un corps principal où un élément régénérateur est installé, un tuyau de gaz dangereux, dans la zone vers laquelle le gaz propre est évacué, est fermé par une première unité d'ouverture/fermeture. De plus, lorsque le tuyau de gaz dangereux est fermé par la première unité d'ouverture/fermeture, le gaz restant dans la première unité d'ouverture/fermeture est évacué de force hors de la première unité d'ouverture/fermeture afin d'empêcher l'écoulement de gaz dangereux vers la zone vers laquelle le gaz propre est évacué. Par conséquent, la présente invention empêche le mélange du gaz purifié évacué avec le gaz dangereux et améliore ainsi la fiabilité d'un produit.
