Summary:There is provided herein a method for treating/diagnosing a speech/language related pathology, the method comprising: introducing a speech sample provided by a user to a speech/language machine learning (ML) classifier, wherein the ML classifier is trained with non-pathological/normal speech, applying novelty detection algorithms to compute a similarity measure, and based at least on the similarity measure, computing an output signal indicative of a speech/lingual quality of the user. L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement/diagnostic d'une pathologie liée à la parole/au langage, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : introduire un échantillon vocal fourni par un utilisateur à un classificateur d'apprentissage machine (ML) de la parole/du langage, le classificateur ML étant entraîné avec un discours non pathologique/normal, appliquer des algorithmes de détection de nouveauté pour calculer une mesure de similarité, et sur la base au moins de la mesure de similarité, calculer un signal de sortie indicatif d'une qualité vocale/linguistique de l'utilisateur.
