Summary:A device, a system, and a method for carrying out an endoscopic procedure in a patient's body using an endoscopic device comprising (a) a tube with a proximal end and a distal end, the distal end coupled to a handle and a proximal end configured to enter into the patient's body, (b) an ultrasound probe on the proximal end of the tube, positioned to emit sound waves to create a visual image of a target site inside the patient's body, and (c) a needle that is configured to be housed inside the tube, wherein the tube includes an internal cavity for a deployment of the needle. L'invention concerne un dispositif, un système et un procédé de réalisation d'une procédure endoscopique dans le corps d'un patient à l'aide d'un dispositif endoscopique comprenant (a) un tube ayant une extrémité proximale et une extrémité distale, l'extrémité distale étant couplée à une poignée et une extrémité proximale configurée pour entrer dans le corps du patient, (b) une sonde ultrasonore sur l'extrémité proximale du tube, positionnée pour émettre des ondes sonores afin de créer une image visuelle d'un site cible à l'intérieur du corps du patient, et (c) une aiguille qui est configurée pour être logée à l'intérieur du tube, le tube comprenant une cavité interne pour un déploiement de l'aiguille.
